Having focused solely on adoption related matters for nearly 20 years, Seth Grob has extensive experience as a successful adoption attorney in the state of Colorado.

We have been involved in more than 800 adoptions and over 300 assisted reproduction cases. We understand all of the different perspectives and the complexities involved in these matters, having represented prospective adoptive parents, birth parents, and adoption agencies, as well as egg donation agencies, egg donors, surrogates, gestational carriers, and intended parents in assisted reproduction cases.

Mr. Grob is general legal counsel for Bethany Christian Services of Colorado, as well as representing numerous other domestic and international adoption agencies. Adoption agencies frequently refer cases to our firm based upon our proficiency in this area of law.

Mr. Grob is a Fellow of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys and served on their Board of Trustees from 2005-2009. Mr. Grob is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys.
